Average real estate prices for the Languedoc Roussillon from the 1st August 2014 to the 31st July 2015, across each of the 5 Languedoc departments .

We’ve also, where data is available, shown how this has changed since our last report in June 2015.

This data is based on advertised prices, therefore, it doesn’t reflect the actual sale prices.  However, it will still provide you with a guide, as to price bands and trends within this region.

Data provided by Notaires de France – in our view, the most accurate analysis of French property prices.

Nothing, however, can replace actually viewing properties, as French properties are so unique that the only true way to find out what house or village is right for you is to visit.  Which after all is part of the fun!
